Gasoline and Diesel Analysis
TUV India’s Petroleum, Chemical & Gas Testing Laboratory has the state of art facilities to test Petrol, diesel fuel analysis of ULSD (Ultra Low sulphur diesel Fuel), BS IV Fuel, BS VI Fuel, Euro VI and Marine Diesel Fuel Analysis. We have one of the most high end fuel testing laboratory facilities for analysis of fuel samples. The staff is highly trained to determine minute level contamination and adulteration.
Diesel and Gasoline Testing ensures the quality of fuel used in the equipment. Sulphur content in diesel fuel ensures the quality of fuel against National & International specifications. The quality of diesel used is to be analyzed to prevent the engine failures. Also to check if the diesel used in the engine is as per regulatory and OEM specifications.
Benefits Of Gasoline Testing:
- Identify filter chocking
- Identify poor injector performance
- Identify smoking & blow by issues
- Check high emissions
- Check caused of sticking valves
- Check cause of high fuel consumption
Fuel costs and consumption are the most obvious, direct overhead factors, but operating with aged or contaminated fuel affects the short- and long-term reliability and performance of your equipment as well. Monitoring changes in fuel properties, contaminants and verifying delivery specifications results in prevention of failures and unexpected downtime.
TUV analysis facility conducts the various tests on fuel sample as per internationally accepted ASTM & IS test standards.
